Do I get root access to the server?
You do not get root access to the server. You will need your own dedicated server in order to get root access.

Can resellers create sub-resellers?
A reseller can't create sub-reseller accounts but you can resell our reseller accounts as your own. You would bill your client for the reseller plan at a marked up rate, you pay us our fee. We setup your account and email you the account details which you send to your client.

I am with another host and wonder if you can help me transfer my accounts?
We can provide transfer assistance for up to 30 accounts free if you are hosted on a cPanel server. Send an email to cs@reseller.bytebox.co.uk with the domain name, cpanel username and password for each account you want transferred.

Do you allow adult websites on your servers?
We do not allow adult content on our servers. Please see Terms and Conditions for more information.

Do you use a third party monitoring service to provide uptime reports?
We use WebSitePulse(www.websitepulse.com) to provide our clients with unbiased uptime reports from an outside third party. Uptime reports are provided to active clients.

Are there any types of advertising placed on my account?
We do not place any type of advertising such as banners, popup's, etc. on your website.

Do you provide support directly to my end user?
We provide end user support only on selected plans. If you are not contracted through us for end user support than you are responsible for your client's support. If you don't know the answer to a support question, you can contact us 24/7 for the answer and relay it to your customers.

Do you provide billing to my clients?
We provide you with the web space, bandwidth, and other hosting related features. You are responsible for billing, and support to your end user.

What is overselling enabled?
Overselling enabled is where we take the amount of disk space and bandwidth ACTUAL USE between all your accounts. For example, if you had the 5 GB space and 75 GB transfer plan and you decided to offer plans such as 1 GB space and 15 GB transfer on your site, you would only be able to offer it to 5 clients. With overselling enabled, you would be able to offer as many as you want as long as the aggregated amount USED between all your accounts does not go over the 5 GB space and 75 GB transfer.
